Our factory is based over 100,000 square feet. We have a large team that work inhouse, as well as a team of QC’s, technicians and designers to ensure the quality and look of our product. We have an automated finishing line to make sure we have a consistent finish. We are also using Sherwin Williams finishing material to ensuring our customers we are investing in our product.
Our Sustainability
At Trendworld, we truly believe in sustainability. Whether we are using our recycled pine, giving every piece of timber a second life, or our FSC sustainably sourced oak, our thoughts are always to make sure we are leaving the world a cleaner place. On top of wood we select, we have gone one step further by having completely plastic free packaging. Just another step to ensuring we are leading the way in going green.
FSC
With using recycled pine, FSC certification runs through our DNA. We have full FSC certification through all of our supply chain. We have the FSC recycled license on our reclaimed pine and we also have FSC mixed throughout our oak and acacia veneer collections showing that we are using sustainably sourced materials throughout our product line up.
Sherwin Williams
By using Sherwin WIlliams finish, not only are we getting the best in class of the finishing chemical, but we are also working with another company who publicly has the same values as us. Our partnership with them is vital in terms of achieving the best finish we can, as well as our core values of being sustainable and transparent. We have an inhouse Sherwin Williams team that mix the finish, ensure our quality is upheld and develop new colours weekly.
TEAM WELLBEING
Not only are we committed to sustainability, the wellbeing of our team is important to us. By passing the SMETA audit pass it shows that our factory has all the necessary equipment for our team to be in a safe and healthy environment, they have an avenue to reach out to us with any concerns or improvements and finally that they are all of legal age and being paid to the correct standard set by the Vietnamese government. We stay committed to improving this for years to come.
